After many years of experienced leadership from Faye we are confident Cushla’s skills and expertise will enable MTANZ to successfully navigate the industry through an increasingly complex and evolving medtech and health sector environment to support our members’ growth and sustainability.
Cushla has a broad experience in the New Zealand health sector through her current role as National Manager for OneLink (an EBOS group company) and previous roles as a Director Business Development, UniServices and Procurement Specialist, healthAlliance.
Her extensive relationships within multiple sub-sectors of Ministry of Health, DHBs, ACC and private hospitals, enables her understanding of the current challenges and opportunities the industry members face today and into the future. In addition, Cushla’s background with Uniservcies ensures her awareness of the important and growing New Zealand medtech research and development sector.
Cushla will commence on June 1st, 2021 and transition into the role through June to take control 1st July. Cushla will attend this years’ HealthTech Week on 22-23rd June, which will give her an early opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders and MTANZ members. The HealthTech Week will be held both virtually and in-person at the Cordis Hotel, Auckland. This highly regarded event is a prime annual event for the medtech ecosystem and the MTANZ members.
