The Operating Theatre Protocol Workshop educates medical company representatives with the ADHB OR&A Guidelines (Section 2d) ‘Visitors to the Operating Suite’ for medical company representatives conducting business within the operating theatre environment.

What topics are covered in this workshop?

This workshop provides theoretical and practical training about the operating room suite environment.   

Who should participate?

Medical company representatives who request entry to the operating theatre suite environment should attend this training.

Who should attend?

Existing staff who need a refresher, or new employees to the industry who interact with healthcare professionals or consumers; including marketing, sales, customer service, regulatory or legal professionals should attend the training.

Learning Outcomes:
- Develop a broad understanding of the Code of Ethics
- Discuss the principles of the Code
- Consider the implications of non-compliance including complaints and sanctions of the Code of Ethics
